Question about 1994 Toyota Camry
I have a 1994 Toyota Camry. Yesterday when I was driving it fell down, & will not stay up. I have removed the door panel, but am not sure what to look for as to why it may not be staying up. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
There is a bar that runs with the gear arms about half the length of the door in which the glass sits in on the track there are a couple
tabs that hold the glass in so the window dont slip out if your missing these tabs the window will fall down from vibration or just timely wareing down
the way to get at the window track is by removing the door panel accessing the window area behind metal door and replaceing tabs or if newer silicone that was used in its place
you will need a door panel remover tool that looks like a snakes tounge but bigger this is to pop the door panels clips with out damaging the clips or door panel
heres a link of same proceedure but different vehicle that i decribed how to access the window area hope this was helpful
if you dont want to pursue doing the window your self you can always call a windshield and glass repair shop they can come out and mount your window for you at a price i dont know how much where your at in the world
