Hello! Either the fuel pump relay isn't pulling or the inertia switch needs to be reset...The relay is is under the shield at the air cleaner support bracket...Yellow wire is power feed from fuse link "W"...+12 volts must be present on the Brown wire that exits the relay...From there the Brown wire goes to one side of the Inertia switch and exits the switch on a Red/Yellow wire...With the key on +12 volts must be on that Red/Yellow wire...Inertia switch is located on the drivers side floor board, to the left and above where the steering column passes through the floor board...

1987 ford bronco fuel issues

First thing to check out will be the fuel pump relay under the hood. It is the one who drives the pump, so if it is defective the pump will not work either to prime the engine, or to make it run. Secondly, you need to check if the fuel filters are OK cause sometimes they clog up and prevent enough fuel from reaching the engine. Thirdly, check the injector(s) for cloging, and clean or replace them as needed. If none of this helps, then the problem probably has nothing to do with fuel delivery, and the next step to check will be the whole ignition system, which is also one of the most comon bronco problems.

My 1990 ford f150 will not start because no gas is getting to the engine i replaced the fuses but it still wont get gas i dont here the fule pump when the key is terned on how do i fix this problem.

locate the fuel pump and see if you can hook a 12 volt source (car battery) directly to it if the pump turns on you know that the pump is not getting power if it does not turn on you know you need a new fuel pump
good luck

Ford bronco 1990 sputters at 3rpm

It sounds as if you have a fuel system problem or either the exhaust may be stopped up. Have the fuel pressure checked it should be at or near 30-35 lbs if not you may need to replace the fuel pressure regulator or the fuel pump. Both are common on parts to fail.

check to see if the fuel pump in the tank is running if not trust me on this one take your hand and hit the bottom of the fuel tank it will jar the brushes in the motor of the fuel pump and it will start right up .If this don't work for you you may have a bad fuel pump relay however it really sound like the pump to me .Hope this helps you!!
