Question about 1997 Ford Explorer AWD
Airbag light flashes code 44 which is supposed to mean it is deactivated all connections are good all fuses are good what might be the problem 1997 ford explorer xlt
44 - Right Hand Radiator Primary Crash Sensor Not Mounted to Vehicle Properly.
When the Airbag light is blinking, your airbag is disabled and many insurance companies now do a diagnostics on any failed safety equipment in injury accidents....they will not pay 100% percent if there is owner's negligence to maintain vehicle safety equipment. I am still looking into possible causes for this error. I will post any updates as warranted.
