Bad ground sounds like the most probable cause, as for where, you can get a schematic from autozone, won't tell you where the graound is but will tell you wich circuit is affected by each, there are ground connections all over the vehicle, you just need to locate it

Check your throtle postition sensor. It monitors what postion the throtle is at and sends that info to the ecm. It will go bad and cause that problem.

I'd check the relay and the resistor ...don't have a location for yours but the resistor is always installed into the heater box so it stays cool. you can usually follow the wiring back to the relay as it's generally nearby. Resistor looks like a piece of circuit board material with several wires connected to it with two screws holding it to the heater box so it sits flush except for the wires. It has several coils inside...any that are broken have failed.

My 1999 limited does this. When i bought it off the guy he said that its because of some flap down by the passengers left foot. In mine the passenger air barely even blows because of this.

Airbag light is iluminating on the instrument cluster

have the jeep scanned by a dealership NOW!!
unless you dont mind driving with the airbags disabled!!,
--you basically have an error with the air bag system!!,
and can only be diagnosed by the dealer's scanning software,(welcome to new age cars!)
