O2 sensors are located in the exhaust manifold near the Catalytic converter.
Some cars have the 02 sensor before the catalytic converter, some behind, and some before and after.

Simply locate the "bung" that contains the O2 sensor, and you will see the sensor connected to wires.
This is the best way to locate them.

oxygen sensor located in the exhaust headpipe.Unplug the sensor and remove the oxygen sensor with appropriate size wrench or special socket. Check idle speed, air flow speed, oxygen sensors . Check fuel manifold pressure. If the engine runs ok but will not rev up check the cat converter by hitting with the heel of your hand and listening for rattles as they are prone to failing and blocking up the exhaust system which stops the motor from accelerating

Water temp gauge doesn't work on 99 marquis. censor has been changed. any ideas?


Change the gauge you already did the opposite the sensor would have been my second guess that is my solution to you.
