Did you change one plug wire at a time? you may have two crossed , you should double
check the firing order.

what do you mean by checking the firing order like what is that

The plugs are connected thru the plug wires to the distributor , they must in the proper
place on the distributor cap .
If you only changed the plugs and reconnected them as you found them , the firing
    order should be the same.

SOURCE: 1985 corvette - it back

You might check to make sure the plug wires are not on the wrong plug.
Also make sure the plg wires are not damaged from pulling on and off.
There are other things to check depending on what things you did to do the tune up

What would make my 1985 chev. celerbity back fire and then back fire so loud it blew out my muffler

The most common reason would be excessive fuel in the exhaust, from a leaking injector or other problem.

On my 1985 Plymouth Horizon 2.2 L Double Barrel Carb. will start and turn over but for black smoke comes out from the exhaust then after that clears the engine goes into high idle for three minutes and...

It could be too rich or it is getting too much fuel. it could be a dirty air cleaner, not getting enough air.
Perhaps the carbs' nee cleaning and tuning. Fit a new air cleaner or give it a good clean.
A gas analizer in the exhaust would give you a better idea of what is going on.

1994 CHEVY CORVETTE, PULLED A DI DISTRIBITOR OUT PUT BACK NOW WILL NOT FIRE.

hooked up the harness, right? Is the rotor back in? the only other thing is it is not lined up properly, and you will have to get the engine to #1 compression at TDC and pull the distributor, line the rotor up to #1 wire on the cap.

1985 720 truck 2.4 (z24) need picture where spark plug wires go

You have the NAPS Z (nissan anti performance system haha) emissions engine. the dual plugs provide a hot spark for exhaust gas reburn and lowered tailpipe emissions. both plugs fire at the same time.
It is not really a good engine platform for high performance modification as its limited by the NAPS Z cross flow cylinder head design, its best to leave them mostly stock. I have owned several of the 720 king cab pu's and can attest to their durability, fuel economy, and reliability when properly tuned and maintained.
