Hi, this procedure can be done on a DIY basis... But, you may find it to be more cost effective to have the service performed at a reputable repair shop.
Open hood and locate the brake master cylinder. You can inspect the brake fluid condition by observing the color of it in the master cylinder reservoir and clean brake fluid.

My 1996 Chevrolet K3500 Dually has a hydraulic clutch, how do I change the fluid and bleed it.

FIRST REMOVE ALL OLD FLUID FROM CLUTCH MASTER CYLINDER YOU CAN USE A SIPHON YOU HAND PUMP.AUTO PARTS STORES SELLS THE HAND PUMP SIPHONS. THEY DONT COST MUCH AND KEEP FROM MAKING A MESS.SIPHON OUT MUCH AS YOU CAN THE OLD FLUID IN THE CLUTCH MASTER CYLINDER.THEN POUR IN THE NEW FLUID DOT 3 BRAKE FLUID IN CLUTCH MASTER CYLINDER.OKAY YOU NEED A HELPER.LOCATE THE SLAVE CYLINDER.REMOVE SLAVE CYLINDER HOLD SLAVE CYLINDER 45 DEGREES WITH BLEEDER SCREW LOCATED AT THE HIGHEST POINT.HAVE A SMALL DRAIN PAN UNDER SLAVE CYLINDER.HAVE HELPER FULLY DEPRESS AND HOLD THE CLUTCH PEDAL THEN OPEN BLEED SCREW.CLOSE THE BLEED SCREW AND HAVE HELPER RELEASE THE CLUTCH PEDAL.REPEAT THIS PROCESS UNTIL ALL THE OLD BRAKE FLUID AND AIR BUBBLES LEAVES THE HYDRALIC SYSTEM AND WHEN YOU CAN SEE GOOD STREAM CLEAN FLUID NO BUBBLES YOU HAVE GOOD SOLID CLUTCH ALL IS GOOD.MAKE SURE THROUGH THE BLEEDING PROCESS YOU DONT LET CLUTCH MASTER CYLINDER RUN DRY OR YOU WILL HAVE TO START OVER.KEEP CLUTCH MASTER CYLINER FULL BRAKE FLUID WHILE DOING THE WHOLE BLEEDING AND FLUSHING PROCESS.

When I put the clutch down it squeals I am thinking it needs transmission fluid but can't find where to put it

I don't believe that you would need more transmission fluid if you have a squeel (but for future reference clutch fluid is located with the brake fluid and uses brake fluid DOT 3). Squeeling is usually a tall tell sign that your clutch or pressure plate is going out. Also for future reference the actual transmission fluid will be on the side of the transmission and should say oil, if not it is usually 3 to 5 inches from the lowest point on the transmission and may take a certain weight (80-90W, 75-90W, etc.

I am having an issue where the brake pedal goes all the way to the floor before it will work. From what I understand it may be the brake master cylinder malfunctioning. I am considering replacing it...

Check the vacuum booster first
Shut the car off after it idles for 3 minutes
Apply your foot on the brake and hold
If the pedal seems hard at first and did not go down all the way keep your foot on it for two more minutes
If the pedal gradually goes down to the floor the brake booster is leaking
If not start the car and let idle again
\With the car still idling step on the brake pedal again and hold
If the pedal goes to the floor in a second the master is shot instead

Clutch fluid

ther is a reservoir near the brake master cylinder on right side of engine

that is where your clutch fluid is

on the transmission usually in front there is a clutch slave with a bleeder. open bleeder with somebody pumping the clutch pedal a few time the open bleeder to flush liquid, close and repeat until
liquid in reservoir is clear

LIQUID FOR CLUTCH SYSTEM IS BRAKE FLUID DOT 3 OR 4

Clutch needs bled

clutch and brake fluid should be change every couple of years, Since the fluid does attract moisture, and degrade the efficiency of the brake and clutch action.

Clutch pedal drops when I apply brake, so can't change gears

I suppose your clutch master or slave cylinder is leaking. You must keep an eye on the brake flui leven and drive to a workshop for a check asap. You can use DOT3 brake fluid.

Clutch pedal was soft like it was unresponsive now won't move at all

Some clutches (like some ford probes) get the fluid from the brake reservor. You probably need a cylinder, master or slave.
