SOURCE: Broken rear slideing glass window on a dodge dakota 2001.

on this truck the rear window is glued in with urethane, if I was cutting it out I would use a special power tool designed to do this. I am sorry but this will not be easy with out it, the only thing I could see is you bending and cut the frame off with a scraper and hammer. (bad picture in my mind) might be worth a stop at an auto glass shop and ask them to remove.

How do you remove the windshield wiper arm on a 1995 Dodge Dakota?thank you

there are 2 ways to tackle this! your local auto supply store has a tool for this its made by k.d tools or you can use a large flat bitted screw driver and a 1 inch piece of wood ,place the wood nex tto the wiper arm put a rag under it not to scratch your paint now lift your wiper arm up as you would to change the blade, put the blade of the screw driver under the edge of the arm at the cowl end and using the wood as a fulcrum gently pry up the arm , you may have to do this on both sides to get it to pop off!

You lift the wiper arm off the windshield, to allow
the locking tab to release

On the right side I believe, under the arm
where it mounts on the splined shaft,is a tab
you slide out

It will be a struggle to get the arm off as it is spring loaded

There is a tool that hooks over the end of the arm
to remove the tension, but you can do it the hard way
without it

My wipers slipped off track of the motor, how do i fix this

That makes no sense

There is only 1 nut holding the wiper linkage
onto the wiper arm.

If you mean someone put the wiper arms on in the
wrong place, remove them & install where they should
be, when the motor is off & in the home pssition.

If you have to get to the linkage, remove the screws for
the metal & plastic vent to cowl grilles

On the right side of the arm, where it goes over the serrated drive wheel, there is a little metal slide.

It hooks over the end of the arm,you wrap you fingers around the arm, to remove spring tension.

How do you remove the wiper arm on a 94 Dodge Ram 1500? The arm will not fully extend with the hood open or closed but maybe that doesn't matter. Can't get to the wiper motor without removing the arms to...

throw a grenade at it and hopefully the arms will fly off, whatever happened to a nut on a threaded flange to hold wipers on. No wonder imports own the market.
