I have a 1996 chrysler concorde my car is running like it missing changed wires n spark plugs but my exhaust manifold is turning cherry red my car still missing any idea ? Please

It could be a bad coil. See which spark plug wires have spark when cranking the engine over, and which do not have spark. You have a coil pack with 3 ignition coils. So one coil supplies spark to two cylinders. You may find two cylinders not firing from one coil.

Would a 2001 chryler town and country faulty engine module cause number 2 cylinder not to fire

not likely, since the engine module also fire the plug across from the #2 cylinder on the coil pack. check for spark directly at the coil, if none is found ,then most likely a bad coil pack.

The numbers to the cylinders are on the coil packs. Standing on the passenger side of the car looking at the engine, the right side is 1, 3, 5 cylinders. On the left is 2, 4, 6 cylinders. Put the correct number cylinder plug wire on the correct number coil pack. The 1,3,5 cylinder plug wires will go on the right side of the coil pack, and the 2,4,6 will go on the left. They will not be in order on the coil pack, so double check the cylinder number.

Where are the spark plugs located/

This car uses coil over plug system, the sparkplugs are located under the coils, each cylinder has its own coil, remove one coil at a time, remove the bolts holding coil, disconnect connector and pull coil up,take note ,there a spacer under the coil where the bolts go, make sure not to loose them when removing coil or bolts, after you remove coil then inside the hole is the sparkplug, do this with all cylinders, hope this helps.

The car is running on 2 cylinder,

If you have no spark on the coil pack for these cylinders, try scanning the car to see if you get codes for a camshaft positioning sensor or crankshaft positioning sensor.
