Hello lmason: My name is Roger and I will help you. The engine in your car does not have a timing belt. THe engine has a timing chain. The chain is oiled by the engine lubrication. That engine does not have a timing belt, it has a timing chain and therefore much easier to work with as it can only go on a certain way, the primary focus being getting the dots on the timing chain sprockets lined up properly.
I believe, with the engine at Top Dead Center on cylinder #1, the dots will be facing each other. That is to say, the do on the cam sprocket will be facing the dot on the crank sprocket.

i think it stands for traction control. most cars with that say ETC which stands for electronic traction control. if you have a manual for the car it should say what it is.

Fuel Filter - Removal & Installation
Fuel line from the filter using a back-up wrench Quick-connect fitting from the fuel filter Fuel filter from the mounting bracket
Fuel filter to the mounting bracket Fuel line. Torque the fuel line fitting to 20 ft. lbs. (27 Nm). Quick-connect fitting to the fuel filter Negative battery cable
