Do you have check engine light on???if so scan it OBD 2 yue$$ding isn't the way to go,if you don't have a check engine light on then perhaps coil pack!!! coils do run intermittent some times! and not trip the eng light on !!!!this would be a great place to start.Hope this helps

Your fuel pump might be going bad. The reason why it cuts off is the fuel pump is pumping just enough to run it for a x amount of time that's why it shuts off but while it's off the pump is pumping fuel into the lines. If it's not the fuel pump then it might be your injectors.

Similar problem with 1997 Buick. Intermittently the car would quit. The problem was corrosion on the battery terminals. A new battery solved the problem.
