Question about Dodge Charger
This is a very common issue with these vehicles. The problem is a plastic component inside the shifter has broken and this is what is preventing the shifter from moving. To fix this you need to replace the shifter.
Also be sure that your brake lights work. If they don't that will prevent the shifter from moving as well.
