Hi Friend:
#1) You have 2-Fuel Filters 1-Is located undrneath vehicle Along the Frame and your other Fuel Filter is in Your Fuel Tank.
#2) You Also have a Fuel Relay which is Located either under Dash in Fuse Box or Under your Hood you'll see a Square Plastic Box .It should be on the Drivers Side take the Top off and on the Inside of the Cover it will show you what Fuse or Relay goes to what Componet.
#3) Try replacing the Fuel Relay 1st,It will save you lots of time and money if this Solves your Problem.
#4) If this Does'nt Work then Unfortunately your Fuel Pump is Damaged or compltely Out.
Hope this gets you Going, Please let me Know How my Solutions have Solved your Problem By Voting For me and a Small Testaony would be greatly appreciated.

The fuel pump is located inside the fuel tank, unfortuneately yes you do have to drop the tank to replace the darn thing. And your fuel filter itself is located on the bottom side of the frame of the car about mid way between the front and rear door pillars.I hope I could help.Rate me accordingly. Thanks!!

Fuel pump is in the tank, fuel filter is along the subframe rail by the rear wheels, either left or right side.

I would guess it is metric,as are most all bolts, except some large size chassis bolts, and have been since about 1983. You got rust issues also.

Check your fuel pressure at the schraeder valve that is on the fuel rail. If you have fuel pressure, check for spark. If no spark, then ignition diagnosis is needed. If no fuel pressure, check for diconnected, or pinched wires, as this can easily happen during an engine swap.
