Question about 2002 Chrysler Sebring
Check fuel pump pressure aand volume. To do an easy test wait an eight hour period then turn ignition on and off without starting about five times then start and see if it starts up the first time after cycling the ignition. If it starts after cycling the ignition five times it is a fuel pump. The check valve in the fuel pump has gone bad allowing the fuel to dump back into the tank releasing presssure.
