Just bought the car...only to find that the navigation system even on a 50m scale does not identify the names of all roads displayed and des not have an integrated blue tooth.....can this navigation system be upgraded to show more info at better resolution down at the 50 m scale and can one intergate bluetooth

had the same problem. no radio, navigation interior lights etc. replaced 20 amp fuse labeled "back up" in the engine compartment fuse box and all checks good.
With the key in the ignition turned enough to engage the system and turn on the navigation system's control panel in the center of the console. Hit the "menu" button, go to the navigation part of the menu like you were going to input a trip, and there you will see the "clock" button.
You wouldn't expect these things to happen in a brand new car! But sometimes its good for the manufacturer as they can modify parts and launch field fix programs or recalls. For you particular case I think you should ask the dealer the results of the scannings and post it here so that we can use the information you provide us to better our services and knowledge.
