The answer to this question is No. The 2 vehicles are different body styles and the parts will not interchange.

The bars are likely part of what is called your core support. They are structural items needed to maintain the dimensions of the fit of the rest of the front end parts.

Locating radiator plug on 1998 Dodge Stratus.

Be careful here, I actually had to undo the front bumper cover to get at it.
It should be on the passenger side of the radiator and supposedly you
can get to it using a socket and extension. But in my case the O ring
on the plug broke and installing the new plug was virtually impossible
with the bumper cover on. Not that hard to take off, plastic screws, plugs
etc. Blame cab forward design.

Replace 1998 chevy lumina headlight assembly

Here are the steps:

  1. Raise the hood.
  2. Lift the flap on the appropriate end of the radiator upper air deflector.
  3. Separate the radiator side air baffle from the upper air deflector.
  4. Remove the fastener retaining the upper edge of the front bumper fascia to the headlamp bracket.
  5. Remove the two bolts retaining the headlamp assembly to the headlamp bracket.
  6. Slide the headlamp assembly slightly inboard to release the outboard retaining tabs.
  7. Carefully pull the upper edge of the front bumper fascia away from the inboard edge of the headlamp assembly, just enough to aid in headlamp removal.
  8. Carefully remove the headlamp assembly from the headlamp bracket.
  9. Disconnect the electrical connectors from the headlamp bulbs.
  10. Rotate the park/turn signal lamp socket counterclockwise to release.
  11. Remove the headlamp assembly.

I don't remember where is located in a dodge stratus the battery

The battery in basically sitting in the front bumper, its buried in the front part of the fenderweld infront of the front tire. Easy to find kinda difficult to change without knowledge. You ca find it by tracing the wires from the alternator or starter to their ends and they both end up on the positive lead of the battery. Good Luck

Front Bumper

You are going to have to get Under the Front End. Once you get under there while looking up at the Underneath of the Bumper you will see Clips every so Often. Could have Screws, Bolts, or Nothing. If Nothing just Bend the Clips in a Little and Reconnect. Screws and Bolts are even Easier to fix.
