Replace it. They can be rebuilt. Find the rebuild kit first. Buy the basic tools to do it. Then you can rebuild any of they. I buy kits for GM, Ford, Dodge, and some imports for around $30. Way better than $150+ for the rebuilt rack and pinions.

What is the spark plug gap in a 1991 dodge caravan 2.5 liter useing autolite spark pluges

Throw away the auto liters and get yourself four champion spark plugs. Champions work in chryslers, auto lites/motorcraft work in fords, NGk for Japanese, ac delco for GM's, Bosch for European.

Follow ow those rules and you will likely never have a drivability issue caused buy the wrong spark plug.

Set them to .035" and you should be good to go.

I have a 2001 Dodge Caravan and I am having transmission problems

If you can see you way clear, get rid of it

I once owned a trans repair shop
I think 40% of all my work was from
Caravans

Don't buy another one or a Ford one,
is even worse.

Get rear drive trans, very few left except
big suv's you may not want

Transaxles are a real problem, unless you
get the largest GM transaxle or really want to
the dice on a Ford full size transaxle,no asian
junk
