Is there somewhere online where I can put my car vin # in and it will tell me the exact part I need to order

the vin number is the identity code of the vehicle and doesn't refer to spare parts
remember that in a car there are over 1500 individual parts to make it
just go to a service dealer spares department and they will identify what you want

The detail of the car Year 1995 E230 Vin (chassis) WDB2100371A055038 ENGINE NUM 111-970-02-013407 I wanted the part num for the engine wiring loom or harness cable which goes from the ecu to the engine

contact the manufacturer spare parts department with these details and they should be able to help. If not contact the manufacturer technical division on line and ask for the part number of the wiring loom that was used in the bill of material for that vehicle vin number. The Bill of Material (BOM) is the list of materials and parts that is used to build the vehicle with that vin number.

Are the VIN number and chasis number on the vehicle the same? If not, where can i find the chasis number on Hyundai tucson?

Short answer is no.
The VIN number is usually on a small plate attached to main chassis, often on the side of the bike.
The Chassis number is usually found stamped/etched into the chassis on or around the steering pipe (the forward most point of the actual chassis frame). This can be hard to see but it should be there.
The Engine number is often found stamped/etched into the top of the bottom end of the engine, Sometimes near the oil cap.
