DEPENDS WHAT TYPE TENSIONER YOU HAVE. ONE TENSIONER YOU INSERT A HEXAGON BIT INTO THE PULLEY CENTER AND ROTATE THE TENSIONER CLOCKWISE.OTHER TENSIONER USE A BOX END WRENCH TO ROTATE PULLEY ARM CLOCKWISE.
