Question about 2003 Ford Expedition
If you look at the fuse box you will find a yellow or a silver round canistor plugged into the front of the fuse panel this is a flasher and they (2) control your flashing usually the second flasher is plugged in the back of the fuse box almost exactly where the one on the front is located. these are usually the cause of flashing problems. be aware that it also can be the multifunction assembly inside the colum this is usually fairly expensive to have fixed these assemblies can cost a couple of hundred for the part
