The fuse that powers your cigarette lighter port also powers the clock. If only the clock is dead then it is not a fuse issue. This is a very common problem with the 96-05 Corolla clocks. The clocks are very prone to internal failure. I offer a reasonable repair service with a lifetime guarantee, check it out:

lighter will most probably be on its own fuse, which in your case is blown.
radio and clock will probably be on the same fuse, which has blown.
Its important to remember that most radios have their own fuse which is found at the back of the radio.(radio will have to be removed) but try the easy fuse first (in the fuse panel

replace the bulb in the overhead light. the light cover should just pull off (may be a small clip to free it, flathead screwdriver )

I am pretty sure a fuse was blown for the clock, interior light and tape player. When the guy replaced the fuse it still did not work. he said it may be a ground wire problem since the fuse he replaced...

It's not a ground wire problem--it's a short. Turn the dome light off and put it a fresh fuse. If it burns, the problem is likely in the dome light itself. If not, the problem may be in the integration module. See diagram below.

2005 toyota corolla dome light does not come on nor does the clock

The first thing to do is to check the fuses, this sounds like a bad fuse or could be a bad bulb for the dome light and fuse for clock or bad clock. hope this helps.

Opaque lens should "pop" and access to festoon bulb (usually 10w) . If other functions are down ie; time clock, radio ,, it might be a blown fuse. The bulb is a specific lenght and should be replaced with equivelant. . Good luck

I have a toyota corolla 2001 and the dash board lights are not working where is the fuse

it's more likely to be a blown bulb. when you say dashboard are you talking about the climate control lights or the gauge cluster lights...??? In both cases it's more likely to be a blown bulb than fuse and fuse are all behind the pocket under the dimmer switch for the gauge cluster.

Clock and radio went dead at same instant

In the fuse box there should be either an "inner cockpit fuse" or easiest way is to just check all fuses and see which one is blown. (Start with all the red ones)
