Hi 5this could be a couple of things, first one to look at is the tyre itself, is there any deformation in the wall of the tyre, or on the face of the tyre, other thing it could be, bottom suspension strut ball joint, to test, jack car up on one side, grab top and bottom of wheel, then push and pull in opposite directions like you are trying to shake the wheel, this will give you an indication if something is worn or loose, also this will tell you if the wheel bearing is u/s at the same time, do the same as above then spin the wheel if it feels a bit graunchy then the wheel bearing may also be u/s but you would hear a droning noise as you drive it but worth a check all the same....hope this helps
Worn steering parts like the Idler arm, and or the Pitman arm. Inspect your tie rod ends also for wear and replace if worn. Once replaced have the car wheels aligned to ensure the job has been done right.
Thank you fo using fixya and be safe
