Sounds like the switch , relay and or a short in the wiring. Take it to a garage to have it diagnosed properly.

Wipers won't move but motor still runs, bar moves but not wipers, how do I fix it?

It sounds like you need to replace the wiper transmission assembly which is common. For a while it only came in a complete assembly including the motor and everthing but I think now you can get the transmission assembly by itself.

Windshield wiper in my 2000 expedition don'work but the fluid does.

first i would check your fuse panel for a blown fuse. if the fuse is good, then it maybe a faulty wiper motor or a faulty wiper switch.

Wipers in my 2000 expedition will not park

could be a bad fuse, broken linkage(under the cowl), bad wiper motor(unplug and check for power), or the nut attaching the wiper arms could just be loose

Rear windshield wiper does not move even though I can hear motor working

Check the attaching nut for the wiper blade. They will come loose over time. Pop up the cover on the wiper ,there is a 13mm nut try tightening it. Make sure the wiper arm and motor are in the park position before tightening.Good luck.

Ignition problems

the expeditions had a problem with the rear wiper motor grounding out, i would try replacing the wiper motor first, as for the fuse blowing, it is blowing for a reason, fuses don't just blow. if the wiper motor does not fix you may need to have someone go thru the electrical pin point tests to find the short.

Location of wiper fuse

The fuse panel is below and to the left of the steering column, near the brake pedal. The windhield wiper in on fuse #11, which is a 30 amp fuse. The rear wiper is on fuse #14 which is a 15 amp fuse.

Rear wiper stopped working

my 2004 expedition had same problem, if you take apart the shaft that goes thru the glass it will be full of dirt, clean ,lubricate and reinstall, you may have to replace the O-ring on the shaft. a 20 minute job, very easy fix

Front wipers not working right

Hey paul. It sounds to me like it is in the switch itself. I had a ford truck that some wiper options quit working on and it took replacing the blinker switch.
