The code P0137 means that your downstream O2 sensor has low volts. A rich running engine makes the voltage go high, not low. If the upstream sensor is not reading a rich or lean condition, then you need to replace your downstream O2 sensor.

Anti theft light on so the car wont start

The theft light indicates a break in communication between your key code, ignition, and theft deterrent module. This is normally caused by a broken or failing part. Finding out which part is failing is the where it gets tricky. You can spend almost a thousand bucks trying to change out parts while trying to figure this out. I've had great luck with just bypassing the entire antitheft system permanently. This link will help you understand the problem and find a "do it yourself" solution

If the switch is broken,it will not start and stay running, just start and quit everytime you try. There is a device in the switch that if broken the E.C.M(computer)will not pick up a signal from it.You will need to have it repaired before it will run again.
