Question about Volkswagen Golf
Sounds like it ,should have bought a manual version they are a lot less of a problem ,the problem you have could be computer connected but if its internal like solonoids or something then the parts for this are not sold from dealer only a complete exchange gearbox ,price around 2500+ euros plus labour charge ,You could ask a local mechanic to have a look as it could be the gearchange linkage but if its the selector inside the box?? dealer only job with an exchange box
