Top of dash must be removed. 2 bolts vertical in glove box 4 screws in defroster ducts, Remove 2 outer A/C air deflectors and 2 center deflectors. Be careful. Remove screws BEHIND A/C deflectors. Remove vertical screws along width of dash near speedo etc. Remove dash top and disconnect wires. Hope this helps

THERE ,S BRACKET HOLDING THE STEERING IN PLACE SEE IF THE SCREWS HAVE LOSING UP AND TIGHTEND THEM BACK ,OR IF THATS NOT THE PROBLEM REPLACE IT FOR ABOUT 150 DOLLARS DEPENDS WHERE YOU BUT IT FROM
