Use the crescent wrench to remove the battery cables. The battery cables are attached to the top of the battery. Loosen the nuts that hold the cables to the battery post and then slide off.
Locate the fuse/sensor box underneath your hood. The box is long, black and rectangular in shape. In most Buicks, it is located on the driver's side, near the wheel well.
Unfasten the two plastic wing nuts that hold the fuse box casing in place. Use the pliers if the nuts are fastened to tightly to unscrew by hand.
Locate the horn relay and remove it. There will be several relays inside the fuse box. Consult your owner's manual, with the specific make and model of your Buick, to pinpoint the correct relay. Use your flathead screwdriver to depress the small clamps on the side of the relay. This will allow you to remove the old relay.
Place the new relay into the socket and then reverse the steps
