Location of 1994 cavalier turn signal flasher unit

The turn signal flasher should be behind the dash near the radio, the hazard flasher should be on the fuse box near the brake pedal.

on the 94 coupe there are 2 relays. one is for the 4 way flashers and its mounted to the right of the fuse box. the fuse box is to the left under drivers side dash. the other flasher is for your turn signals, take off panel below steering column,and you will see a flasher relay located to the left and down from column. both flashers are silver and round with 3 prongs on them. good-day !

There are 2 flasher relays. One for the turn signals and one for the hazard lights. Turn Signal Flasher is located on the driver's side, under dash, mounted on upper passenger side of steering column support. Hazard Flasher is located same place only it is mounted on the driver's side of the steering column.

Try the flasher unit inside the fuse box... I cant remember, but some cars have different unit for signals and hazard lights...

The most common cause of your problem is the Flasher Unit. Functioning four way flashers doesn't mean the existing unit is working. Also, there are multiple flasher units on some cars. Since the bulbs are all working, replacing the flasher unit makes the most sense.

The turn signal flasher is located under dash panel, right side of steering column.


The fuse panel is located on the left side of the instrument panel. To gain access to the panel, pivot access door downward.
The hazard flasher is located under dash panel, left side of steering column.
The turn signal flasher is located under dash panel, right side of steering column.

Did you replace the turn signal flasher unit?
Put in a electronic flasher when changing it.
