There should be a reservoir attached to the brake booster on the drivers side of the engine compartment by the fire wall.

Crown victoria 95 brakes stuck how to fix problem

This is a 2 person fix. Check the brake fluid reservoir for proper level. Press the brake pedal and watch from engine area for pedal movement (or lack there of). Check brake cylinder behind firewall for corroded or broken lines. Fix problems accordingly.

Power steering went out on my 99 crown victoria

Check power steering reservoir for fluid level. Follow the line under the reservoir and clean it. refill it and look for leaks. The line will be a "U" shaped metal that normally rubs within the first inch against the body frame at the radiator.

I can't find where to pour the power steering fluid

Locate the power steering pump with its drive belt. Follow the hoses to the reservoir to fill.

The brake reservoir fluid will be clear to slightly brown. Do not confuse the two.

Transmission won'y shift into higher gears

It could be a bad vacuum hose or a bad solenoid. Check fluid condition and level first. A Chilton or Haynes repair guide will tell you what you need to know about placement of hoses and solenoid.

1987 ford crown victoria shuts down after 20 mins

I would check for spark when it happens. If no spark you probably have a thick film ignition module / profile ignition pickup issue. Replace both pieces if your going to do the job. It'll save you a headache later on down the road.

1987 Ford Crown Victoria LTD

If it was an old police vehicle it has probably got an ignition kill switch located somewhere. This will have to be removed. And the wiring put back to factory standards. If not an old police car you are not getting voltage to the starter which is a bad relay. Do you get a clicking sound when you try to start? If yes, have someone keep hitting the start and listen and look for a relay under the hood.
