In general you don't. If you are just replacing the bulbs, you rotate the 3" collar behind the lens about 10 degrees, and then it and the bulb pull out. If the lens is cracked and needs to be removed, I ended up taking off the whole bumper cover and both sides light clusters all at the same time. The individual hold down screws could not be accessed any other way it seemed to me. There was too much stuff in the way, and had to be accessed from behind.

If they have become "clouded", you don't usually have to re move them, there are buffer kits which will clean them up quite nicely, just keep the buffing wheel off the paint job.

Where is the radiator relay switch in 2001 jeep cherokee grand laredo

under the passenger head have to remove the grill and remove the passenger side of the front nose cover....pain in the ****.....simple way...remove passenger headlight and cut a 3 inch circle out of the of where the bottom of the headlight sits.....and the relay is mounted to the inner fender ....a dremel tool works perfect.....
