33 and 36 refer to the maf sensor. the maf sensor power and burn-off relays are probably bad.-they are on the firewall by the brake booster.

My Suzuki Cultus, when you Switched on before start,in the dashboard you can see indicating the battery, oil and the check engine.Last 2 days it indicate only battery and oil,but not the check engine.

no year, wow= ! nor what country its in.... double wow.
so car runs perfect, even at night with head lights on ?
but this is only a dash waring lamp questions
the operators guide shows, that the lamps do a self test keyon.
that way you know 2 things.
the lamp is ok.
and the device (feature) on other end of lamp is not dead.

the CEL lamp must glow key on or the ECU is bad, stuck in backup mode, or the lamp it out.
simple hard rules there.

the FSM Book shows how to test the lamp with out pulling the cluster. it shows, disconnecting the ECU, and grounding the CEL pin on the ECU connector, key on
if the lamp does not glow now, then the cluster must be pulled.
all suzuki books show that.

My car is showing a message on the display. it shows ''Check VSC" what is the meaning of this message?

"vehicle skid control". If "check engine" light is on , it will set the "vsc" light. Have all "engine" and "abs" codes pulled.

Using a multi meter how can I determine which fuse blocks are open or have the proper amp fuses installed ?

Not really following your line of questions.
You can check to see if a circuit is hot by grounding a meter or test light and touching the positive lead to the fuses. You would have to go by the book as to the size of each fuse.
If you pull a fuse with the key on you can disable a circuit or system such as the cooling fan which would turn on the check engine light.
You would turn the light off by erasing the code with a scanner.

Engine problem when starting

Anytime a check engine light is on you have a problem. If you take to a repair shop or to a parts store they can pull the codes from the computer. Until you get the codes you are just throwing things in the dark and really will be difficult to diagnose. The parts store will not charge anything but repair shops will. Get the codes and repost. I can help you then.

Check engine light

This could be anything from a bad sensor, to a bad ECM.

The cars computer turns that light on when it detects something isn't right. Your car is always running a diagnostics on itself to ensure nothing is wrong. You can either take the car to a shop and they'll put it on a computer to diagnose what the engine code is. OR you can run over to you local Auto store and pick up a "Code Reader" for about 25 Dollars. It comes with a book that will tell you what the code means, the code reader (which you plug into the car) and instructions (to show you how to plug it into the car)

Other than that, I can't really help until you find out which error code the car is giving you.
