The blower is near the passenger's feet. Remove the connector and the 5 screws and pull it down. Before removing the blower, please see my tip at http://www.fixya.com/cars/r6234839-doesn_t_heater_or_air_conditioner_blow and let me know if you have questions.

Check the resistor for the motor speeds , it's usuall mounted in the vent ducting near the motor assy, 4-5 wires sometimes that look like a series of springs or similar ! ( governs the various speeds )
Good Luck

Blower fan n orkn in my 95 jetta and cant fid a fuse ohe panel that says blower fan

Heater is controlled by a fan switch located in your dash panel, a resistor and a blower motor. If the fan is not working the first place to check is the resistor which is located behind the dash panel in the plenum. The way to check this is remove the plug and insert a jumoer wire, if the fan runs the resistor is bad.

Growling noise in front end of volkswagon jetta

Your transmission and cv axle is running dry. Grease it up, fill it up and try it again. And tighten whatever is loose that is allowing it to leak.
