Seems like you need window motors. When you flip the switch to roll them down, the window basically "falls" down slowly, but when rolling them back up, the motors aren't strong enough anymore to slide the heavy window back into place. Unfortunately that is usually the only solution when it comes to power windows. Your switch could be bad, but if you tried all switches in the car it is definitely your motors.

take the window regulator out and see if you can manually move it to the down position, if you cannot them try and connect that regulator to another window motor, and get it to the down position that way. then reinstall the regulator and window, good luck

I need a passenger side rear window for my 1988 dodge caravan, what all years of vehicle can use to replace it with?

First, Dodge Caravan,Plymouth Voyager, and Chrysler Town And Country are all the same basic minivan. Next, passenger and driver side windows are the same. They simply 'flip over' from one side to the other.
You need to be sure if you have a Grand "xyz" or not. Grand models are longer, and use a longer rear window. Middle windows are the same length either way.
I know that 1984 through 1992 windows are interchangable as long as you match Grand to Grand, and non-grand to non-grand. I think you can use up through 1995, in 1996 they redesigned and the shape is a little different.
Oh, and try to get the factory tinted rear windows if you can, they will help keeping cool in the summer (the middle ones help a LOT if they are tinted)

Motor works but the rear window wont go down

This is a cable driven system and the cable may have a worn opening that is causing it to slip. The other posibility is that the drive motor gear itself has stripped. Thank you, Dana

My rear passanger side window wll not go down.

Sounds like the plastic gears on the window motor have wore out and may be stripped or the window is partially off track.

Power window control

So as not to be repetitive, for the failure of your power driver side window and rear window, review this handy diagnostic article, which identifies the possible causes, from a bad fuse, relay to window motor, etc.:

This should help narrow down your particular cause.

Windows wont go down

If the window regulator motors are running & the glass is not moving, then either the drive assembly is broken & you need new regulators - which is the most probable cause, or the bottom window channel that it hooks to, got unhooked or separated from the glass. Hope this helps you, Rick
