Question about 1992 Ford Tempo
Its located in thermostat housing, could be your cooling fan module is bad.

There is also the possibility the cooling fan motor is bad. Check and see if the cooling fan comes on when you turn the A/C on , if it does run then the motor is probably okay. But if not check to see if you have power to the cooling fan motor by unplugging the connector and probing with a 12V test light with A/C on. If no power there you will need a wiring diagram from a motor manual for that vehicle. Electrical problems can get rather involved trying to find the source of the problem. Good luck hope this helps
