Question about 2005 Chrysler 300
Your problem lies either in the key itself, possible internal fault, has it been wet? The other solution if the key is not the issue is the wireless control module the surrounds the ignition cylinder. Try the other key if you have it, chances are both keys do not have an issue so if the same conditions persist with the other key, you would most likely be dealing with a wireless control module. They are not too difficult to install but must be programmed through the Starscan tool that your local Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep dealership has! (they will charge for programming)
