SOURCE: power steering rack leaking
If it's coming from the rack, check the rubber boots from the rack to the inner tie rods, and if they are soaked with fluid, you will need a new rack, or keep adding fluid to the pump as needed.
Hope this helps!

SOURCE: Power Steering Fluid???
The power steering pump is located under the alternator near the firewall. It is hard to get to so you most likely need a funnel with a flex pipe to reach it without making a huge mess. I hope this is helpful.

The power steering pump is in the front of the engine. You will see the serpentine belt on the pulley and it will look something like htis picture. The pump has a resevoir with a cap on top which is removable and has a dipstick built in to tell you how low you are on fluid.

Unless you have a problem where air is induced into the system or something breaks and the fluid becomes dirty, you can top it off occasionally if it needs it, but I would never change it out completely failing one of the above described situations.
