Question about 1989 Mercedes-Benz 300-Class
Sometimes it can be a fuse but not always. there are three components that usually cause the blower to stop working. 1-fuse 2-blower motor regulator 3- blower motor. The blower motor and the blower motor regulator both sit in the same housing under the windshield beneath the cowl cover. The blower motor fuse should be a single strip fuse by itself near the left shock tower.
