2002 Sante Fe OB2 scan result showed P0740 code and other codes solenoids A B C D also showed on the scan how do i fix the tansmission issue.

P0449 BUICK Description The Engine Control Module (ECM) monitors the Evaporative Emission System (EVAP) Vent Valve/Solenoid system wiring for opens or shorts. Could be a problem with the vent solenoid or other component of the fuel tank venting system.

The mechanic said he can't get it to show up on the computer


Jeeps, Chryslers, and Dodges are notorious for having a bad ignition fuse causing the mechanic to not be able to read the diagnostic trouble codes. If this mechanic gave you the car back and didn't attempt to fix this I would find a new mechanic.
