Cloged air conditioner front passenger side

Chances are it is a clogged hepa filter. There located inside the glove box. Take all the stuff out of the glove box, there is a little hatch at the back of the glove box, remove it and pull out both filters. If these are ok there is a service builten, See your GM dealer, parts are not that much and you can do it yourself. Have them run your vin. Getting back to the cabin/hepa filters, there about $75.00 at the dealer, maybe there is aftermarket available where you live Good luck Kirk fe6fc

Hepa filter replacement

Most HEPA filters are behind the glove box area. I do not know the specific location on your model, but if you are able to loosen the glove box so that you can see in back of the box itself (some require you to pull in on the sides of the box to release it, while others have a plastic strap with a screw in the side of the glove box), you should either see the edge of the filter or a panel that holds the filter in. Most are pretty flat, and six to 8 inch retangles. Hope this helps you along.

Need instructions on replacing a drive belt and a cabin filter for a 2006 Toyota Corolla S

The cabin air filter is located behind the glove box, you will have to remove the glove box, behind the glove box is a cover about 1" high and 7" long, remove that cover and you will see a tray that holds the cabin air filter, remove the tray and you can replace the paper cabin air filter, I recomend using a Toyota cabin air filter, the Toyota cabin air filter is a HEPA air filter and is available at any Toyota dealer for about $ 30

Remove the glove box.
Cut the plastic cross brace in the glove box opening with diagonal cutters in the area shown, and discard it.

  1. Remove the filter lid (A) from the evaporator, then pull out the dust and pollen filter (B).
  2. Install the filter in the reverse order of removal. Make sure that there is no air leaking out of the evaporator.
  3. Install the glove box frame and glove box in the reverse order of removal.
