SOURCE: 1998 S10 Chevy Horn not working

You most likely need a new clock spring rotating contact under the steering wheel, it is a plastic ribbon with wire in it to connect the horn button and other accessories to the steering wheel while allowing the wheel to turn.

SOURCE: where is the horn located under the hood of my 2008 chevy truck?

Have a friend, (or in-law) someone you're not too fond of, stand in front of the truck while you honk the horn and have them pinpoint it for you.

SOURCE: 98 sl2 horn replacement with car alarm

You need to wire a relay to the horn wire first and then run the wire from the relay to the horn. You need to get a single pole relay. go the auto parts store and tell them what you are doing and they will sell you a basic horn relay. The stock horn had a relay attached to it.

Yes.
The strap is necessary. It is usually not replaced, so it does not come with a new coil.

Locating a horn relay for 85 chevy pickup 1/2 ton

on the firewall with the other relays under the hood near the battery, it'll have a light green wire as the sme color as the wire that hooks to the horn. The fuse is in the under dash fuse panel. if the fuse is good you can repeated ly hit the horn button and listen for or feel by touch the relay as it clicks. The horns fail more often than the relay and the relay will work to run other things so it could be removed if the rely was used for thre fuel pump or something else.

How to set timing on a 1987 chevy c10

The decal under the hood is the best place to look for the specific instructions, but depending on which engine you have you will need to disconnect a wire terminal, and then set the timing as usual with a timing light. The decal usually gives the connector location and wire color. If not what engine do you have?

As long as you did not have to go into the dash to splice those wires, I would say that you have either a Tempreture door that is Broken, or the actuator that controls the passenger side temp. door is bad. Most likely cause will be the actuator, because they have a very high failure rate. The actuator is located is located on the very top of the a/c-heater box behind the radio and a/c control head. It will be rather hard to change because every thing fits so tight. But if you remove the radio and the A/c control head you should be able to find it. Let me know if you need further assistance.
