Did you check to see if there is a fuse on the brake lights circuit?

If you changed the lamps and the brake switch it is obvious that they are not being energized.

If you can,go to Autozone, they will test your battery and alternator for free, only takes a few minutes,on your brake light, check brake fluid in master cylinder could be low, setting the sensor off.If your brake fluid runs dry,you will have to bleed, you may have a brake leak and check your brake pad and shoes, may need replacing.

My break ligths dont flash

Unless both bulb filaments went out, there is a switch that the brake pedal sits on when released. It should be located under the dash above your foot. You shouldn't miss it. When the brakes are applied, the switch pops out activating the lights, it sounds like that switch may be faulty. Hope that works
