SOURCE: 2003 Ford Focus low fuel light will not turn off

nope not a fuse prob.. most likely the fuel pump itself. there is a small chance it could be in the wiring back to the pump also but the pump is most likely the prob.

Where do I add manual transmission fluid to my 2003 ford focus 2.0 SOHC manual transmission? I need a diagram if possible.

On the transmission from underneath you should see a bolt, you will have to remove it to put in the proper amount. Go to it may have a diagram for it's location.
