Question about Ford Ranger
Check for loose Air Ductwork, or if MAF sensor is dirty (clean with mild soapy water and dry), or use a water spray bottle when the engine is running and spray around intake manifold and hoses. What you have is a Lean condition on bank1. This is interferring with the fuel being drawn into the engine on one side. You could also have a bad connection to the MAF.
If someone changed an Air filter recently and did not get the parts together right, it will show this code.
