Remove the wiper tub.

You'll need to remove,

the wiper arms
the plastic cowl cover
5 or 6 10mm nuts
4 or 5 13mm bolts
Unplug the wiper motor

And pop the whole assembly out. There will be a lot of room once it is out.

How do you get the back three spark plugs out to replace on a dodge caravan yr 2000

My information says to remove the windshield wiper/motor module assembly from the vehicle for access to the spark plugs on the firewall side. When We owned our '99 Grand Voyager, I put the front up on jack stands and got the back three plugs from underneath.

Tune up, troubleshooting fuel pump

this should help you. projects are listed on the side.
http://www.autozone.com/addVehicleId,2546601/initialAction,repairGuide/shopping/repairGuide.htm?pageId=0900c1528003c156

the fuel filter is inside the gas tank and should only be replaced if it malfunctions.

for the spark plugs you need a special spark plug socket, a rachet, and a extention. if your not sure you can get a good tune up at a shop for 89.99 and up
