when you remove the fuse cover, the diagram and list is generally posted to the inside of the cover. If you lost the cover, you may try a junk yard and see if you can find a fuse box cover.

Try disconnecting your negative battery terminal overnight, this will reset the PCM and should solve your problem. The only other way to do this is to get a new security system relay installed in the car.
it cannot be isabled trust me mine did the same but if you take it to a stereo place ask them to ground it and put in a cheap alarm system then it will never go off but you will still have a alarm system
