How to fix the manual rear doors on my 2004 F150 extended cab?

If at all possible, go to a local salvage yard and find the same door as yours. Buy the whole door or just the parts that are needed. It will be cheaper than the dealership. Sometimes its the small plastic parts that break. Some yards you can pull the parts off yourself, others yards they pull the parts for you. Either way it will be cheaper and you can do it yourself. Once you fixxed the problem coat all moving parts with spray lubricate.

Westin nerf bars

Send them back and get the extended cab bars. if you have doors behind the passenger and driver seat it is the extended cab. If you don't want to do that, if you know a welder, they can weld them on for you.

2003 F-150 4X4 with extended cab: while driving, the engine sputters at about 45-55 mph. It acts as if the fuel/air mix is not right? Also, the power window on the passenger side will not roll up.

here is a trick to get the window back up. open the door with the key on. hold the switch in the up position and slam the door shut while holding the switch inthe up position this should jar the motor enough to get the window up. but you are going to need a new window motor eventually if this trick works for you

open the glove box and bend the 2 tabs and fold the glove box door down, you will then see a plate with 6 to 8 screws, remove the plate, drain the cooling system, remove the heater hoses and pull the heater core out, reverse procedure to put back together
