Question about 1983 Chevrolet S-10
I know this sounds weird, but when you installed the new battery did you remove the ground and positive protective post covers? I had a customer tow their vehicle in to the shop for a no-start after battery replacement and they put the negative post on with the cover still attached to the battery and of course it would not start...lol....If this is not an issue, check the ground wires on the engine and the body ground near the battery for looseness or corrosion.Same with the terminal ends.Hope this information helps,
