Could be power steering fluid, or transmission fluid
If its a dirty red color, than thats what it is.
If its black or brown than it's oil,
don't ignore

Coolant dripping in the passenger footwell

Generally speaking, the only thing inside the passenger compartment that involves coolant is the heater core. And the heater core is on the passenger side behind the glove compartment.

My 2003 dodge grand caravan is leaking water from a line about under the passenger side. Radiator is low. I can see water leaking.

that water could be the condensation line,, if you have had your AC on, water will leak from along the firewall on the passenger side, where the tube runs out of the vehicle. Your radiator could have been low to begin with and when you saw the water leak,, you though that was it. check the puddle,, is it clear water or does it have antifreeze in it? If its clear water chances are , that its just the drip line from your AC, if it does contain antifreeze , check the 2 water hoses that run into the heater core , you can also see where they go into the cab portion of the van, from under the hood,

1999 Dodge Grand Caravan ... installed a/c compressor ... now there seems to be a leak behind the dash somewhere. What is the best repair route?

if the ac wasn't working for some time,, your drain tube could have become plugged, which will drip fluids into the xcar instead of draining outside,, along the firewall, under the car,, there will be a 1/2 inch hose that looks like it is just there,, Normally its on the passenger side of the vehicle,, towards the middle of the vehicle, do NOT shoot compressed air into it to try and clear the blockage as this just makes it worse,, Straighten a coat anger, and slowly work it up into the tube,, go a little at a time, and be ready to get at least your arm wet, once you get the clog loosened a bit, the fluid thats behind the clog will come flushing out, and you should be fine after that !!

2002 power steering leak.. from drivers side behind engine.. looks like about in front of drivers feet.... a bracket is in the way to see real good from just looking behind drivers front wheel. cant see...

I am 99.9% sure you have a steering rack leaking, this is a very common problem with this vehicle. The easy way to check is to take a small pick and poke one of the ribs of the boot / dust cover of the rack. Being that this is a dust cover there should be no fluid drip out, if fluid is present replace the steering rack.

2005 chrysler sebring sedan water on inside of car

There is a rubber hose sticking out of the firewall on the lower passenger side, under the hood. With the A/C running you should see water dripping out of it, or if you let the car run for a few minutes notice a puddle on the ground. If you don't see water, the hose is probably plugged. Sometimes squeezing it a few times will work the crud inside it loose and water should start coming out. Same deal for the back. You'll have to crawl under the vehicle and look where the A/C lines go into the vehicle(it will be on the left or right side in the rear). There should be another rubber drain hose there. Hope this helps...

Wet on Passenger side floor when AC is on

Auto ac units have an outside drain for the condensation. If you ever noticed a car running and it looks like it's leaking something on a hot day it's the condensed water from the ac unit draining. What you have is a clogged or disconnected drain hose.
You need to find the hose and drain and reconnect them. Sounds simple, good luck.
