Question about 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee
Good Evening, I have seen this problem a few times before and it can go either one of two ways. A couple of times it has been the master switch on the drivers door being bad. However I have also seen on a number of occasions I have looked in the door jamb and pulled back the rubber loom in between the door and the pillar and found a wire or two broken in two. I would look at the wiring first before investing in a new switch if all of your fuses are good. Try that out and let me know how it goes. Hope this helps.
