Air conditioner, hi or low fans, fuel pump, or the induction control valve on the side of intake. When it dies and won't start and fuse keeps blowing unplug the 2 wire connector on the induction control valve and then try to put a fuse in it. If itdoesnt blow start the vehicle and order that part. The rest can be singled out by pulling relays to those items and doing the same thing. Yw

How do you check to find which fuel injector is blowing your 15 amp fuel injection fuses?

Hi K Jones, I'm glad to help!

The only way other then checking the resistance of each Injector would be to unplug one Injector at a time until the fuse doesn't blow then you have found the bad injector. NOTE: Don't rule out a wiring issue grounding out on the engine somewhere because this happens a lot. Hope this helps and have an awesome day K.

01 kia rio keeps blowing the injector fuse every time i put it in first and take off how do i fix it

You may have a shortted injector. Pull all the injector connections off, put a new fuse in. If it still blows the fuse, you must have a short in the injector drive circuit from the ignition switch to the injectors. I don't know what all is in the circuit, but you may have a resistor pack before the current reaches the injectors
If the fuse did not blow, then one at a time, reconnect the injectors. You are looking for a shorted injector that blows the fuse. If the first connection blew the fuse, disconnect that one, put in a new fuse, and start with a different injector connector. You may find one that blows the fuse, meaning it is shorted, and needs replacing.
Good luck.

The fuel injector fuses keeps blowing as soon as i open the ignition switch, it dosent even give me time to turn on the car before it blows again. the car has a new fuel pump installed by jiffy lube about...

There is a short circuit to ground on one of the circuits that the fuse protects. I need more information about your car and exactly which fuse is blowing. (Year, Make, Model, Engine size) All of the circuits powered by that fuse must be traced to find exactly what is causing it to blow. Most of the components can be eliminated as the cause by unplugging them one at a time and checking the fuse connector with a test light. (Otherwise, you could go through a lot of fuses trying to figure it out.)

check in your owners manual under fuses,15 amp seems low for a fuel pump,i would think it should be at least 25amp,it will tell you what fuse feeds what and what fuse should be there
